Plant-based food product producing company. Developed 10+ new products end-to-end (recipes, samples, prototype cooking tests, ingredient sourcing). Performed sensory evaluations (flavour, texture, cooking behaviour) to define final recipe versions. Executed ingredient swaps and cost optimisation, achieving -27% cost on the main portfolio. Digitalised traceability system → +80% efficiency using existing resources. Created a 2-year innovation roadmap and aligned stakeholders across operations and procurement.

Master's degree in Food Systems with a full scholarship thanks to EIT Food. A hybrid course between entrepreneurship and technology. Completed two semesters abroad at Hohenheim University and at Queen's University of Belfast. Conducted experiment and research on insect-based food for the thesis, graduated with 110/110.

Final thesis on the immunity system of the and crematogaster scutellaris. Fell in love with behavioural science during my studies.
