During my stay at Kronospan I have been gaining HR generalist experience and in a busy factory environment with over 600 employees. My duties include among others employee relations, training and organisational departmental planning, employee services and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding personnel, needs assessment and training, recruitment, on-boarding and many others.

I was responsible for recruiting engineers, captains, officers and electrical marine engineers for the accounts under my responsibility - Shell, BP, Chevron, Teekay Shipping and others I started off as a Recourser and by continuously going over and above my targets I was then promoted to Account Executive (within 9 months from my start date), and was then offered an Account Manager role towards the end of my employment

During my Master's degree at the University of Southampton I completed a 1 month placement at Highfield Professional Solutions during which I was responsible for the recruitment and selection of Civil engineers around the UK. I was then offered a permanent position with Highfield Professional Solutions after I had completed my Master's degree.

I was handling various contracts for telephone medical research and booking services for the projects “World One” and “Hotelopia” by communicating entirely in German, English and Russian with customers and company partners from overseas I was then appointed Team leader for a Bulgaria-based project over the period of 3 months – responsible for training new call-operators, supervising them and ensuring the quality of their work at all times

Having successfully completed courses in: Contemporary Issues in HRM, Report writing skills, Strategic Human Resource Development, Employee Relations, Employability Resources, Key skills for HRM
