In this role, one of my key tasks is to oversee a team from sales, controlling, purchasing, quality, production, supply chain, as well as product and process engineering departments, delegate tasks, and evaluate performance for smooth running of day-to-day operations. I foster long-term professional relationship with client, while negotiating terms and conditions of contracts. I report to top management, including VP´s and Directors on a weekly basis.
