Responsible for the daily implementation of the TTYMRT System Assurance Programme including the RAMS related Tasks. Production and maintenance of the STCS System Assurance Plan. Responsible for production of the relevant System Assurance Reports for the TTYMRT STCS; including Quality Management, Safety Management and Technical Safety. Produce the strategy to be adopted for Software Assurance of the subsystems comprising the STCS System.

Perform failure analysis and identification / implementation of corrective actions until close-out. Maintain the close-out schedule and report the progress to the management and customer. Preparation of the claim for the remedy of failure or defect which is not attributable to KHI. The works include decision making of claim, coordination of failures/defects remedy, collection of evidences, costs estimation. Control of Work Order including failure/defect analysis, reporting the status.

According to the Works Contract, Design Drawings, specifications and related Technical Regulations to set up Quality Plan and quality standards, and execute it thereof. Develop audit program, perform system assurance audit, quality audit, product quality verification and pre-shipment inspection. Check the inspection items of inspection/test record sheet, check whether the result is correct, and sign for approval etc.

Guide E&M System contractors towards compliant with and successful implementation of their contractual obligations in the areas of quality and configuration management, for all phases of the project. Advise and assist the client with regard to implementation of the E&M Systems' Quality and Configuration Management Plan by contractors, towards successful Quality and Configuration Management for all phases of the project. Manage the project EDMS (Electronic Documentation Management System).

Responsible for planning the quality activities for Design Department, monitoring and maintaining the effectiveness of quality management system of Design Department. Responsible for improving and maintaining the Comments and Responses to THSRC (Taiwan High Speed Rail Corp.) Database.
