I worked as a business partner, supporting internal stakeholders on generalist recruitment, hiring on everything from Executive Assistants to Director level market research roles and every job in-between. When a hire was required, I consulted with the manager about their requirements and advised on how best to proceed. I then managed the process of bringing a new person in.

I worked on an end to end RPO solution for a huge secure government client, operating in a strict compliance environment and recruiting to Developed Vetting Security Clearance level. The work was highly complex. All of our vacancies were permanent, and I recruited via attraction and direct sourcing.

Working the vacancies for Coral’s office in Stratford, including IT, finance, marketing, PR and HR. Also experienced in managing the whole head office resourcing function, reporting directly to the Head of HR. Multi-site experience across our offices in Stratford, Barking, Nottingham, Woking and Watford.

I worked as an agency resourcer, but with a large amount of client interaction. I filled jobs through database searches, as well as advertising response, or via referrals or linkedin. Typical roles worked included: project managers, programme managers, business analysts, architects, DBAs, testers, developers, service management, release process design and coordination, infrastructure engineers, SAP experts, security consultants.

I worked as a 360 Recruitment Consultant specialising in the engineering sector, encompassing the sales side as well as resourcing on jobs. I developed our knowledge of numerous companies around the midlands that the company had previously not been aware of, and placed with several different clients. These were permanent and contract jobs.
