Field: high-performance and racing application for 4wheels vehicles (F1, FE, WEC, GT, Rally). Main responsibilities: 1. Perform integration managements for new projects (from Customer's request until final delivery), coordinating a cross functional team 2. Part of the PMO-team 3. Investigate chances of internal processes improvement, based on data-analysis and KPIs.

Reference for all the internal dept involved in the Project about the activities of designing and product development. Main technical interface toward the Customer (mainly: German OE, Daimler).
