I lead a team of 18 fixed and multiple external interdisciplinary designers, from strategic to UX and UI design. I support product and project teams through the entire process, ranging from planning through executing to delivering prosperous, user-driven product and brand experiences across multiple touchpoints. I am responsible for strengthening and scaling the experience and design competence within our company and the Sparkasse organization.

As a lead user experience designer, I am working as a project and client lead for a wide range of national and international clients ranging from startups to fortune 500 companies and NGOs. As a senior user experience designer, I worked in a lead role on multiple projects for a wide range of international corporates and leading companies. With the primary focus on automotive and connected (embedded) products HMI, I also worked on app/web based projects.

Worked in the field of UX on projects for multiple platforms (iOS & Android but most of the time on embedded systems) with a strong focus on visual design (style exploration, definition, and asset production).
