As the Head of Experience Design & Research at Sparkasses S-Communication, I am responsible for the experience design & research team within a complex, multi-million-user banking ecosystem. My team consists of 24 in-house and additional external designers. I am a digital design leader and mentor with 15+ years of international experience creating digital stuff for more than 40 million customers.

As a lead user experience designer, I am working as a project and client lead for a wide range of national and international clients ranging from startups to fortune 500 companies and NGOs. As a senior user experience designer, I worked in a lead role on multiple projects for a wide range of international corporates and leading companies. With the primary focus on automotive and connected (embedded) products HMI, I also worked on app/web based projects.

Worked in the field of UX on projects for multiple platforms (iOS & Android but most of the time on embedded systems) with a strong focus on visual design (style exploration, definition, and asset production).
