Front Office Trainee as part of the Accor Inspire Program in the DACH region – an internal development program preparing future leaders. Responsible for guest service at the reception, check-in/check-out, complaint handling and problem-solving, coordination with other departments, supporting daily hotel operations, and gaining insights into both operational and administrative processes.

Throughout my practical training, I gained hands-on experience in all key hotel departments – including housekeeping, food & beverage, events, front office, reservations, and accounting – and took on a wide range of responsibilities. These cross-functional insights have significantly enhanced my understanding of hotel operations and strengthened my problem-solving and communication skills.

Gained hands-on experience in various operational hotel areas, including front office and guest services. Assisted with reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and daily operations using property management systems. During my training, I gained hands-on experience across various departments, including front office, housekeeping, F&B service, banquet operations, and administration. A strong focus was placed on teamwork and direct guest interaction, allowing me to develop excellent service skills and a deep understanding of hotel operations.
