Ing. Maurice de Boer

Maurice has moved from developer to analyst and designer and then diversified his skills into business analysis and project management. He has worked in international projects and is a strong team player and motivator. He is energetic, creative, flexible and often develops himself into a thought-leader for his clients. As an sidejob he trains his skills in business development and innovation and has been guest speaker on subjects like VR/AR in Business domains, Social Media Analysis and BPM/Workflow.

In his current assignment, Maurice delivers Application Portfolio Management and Application Lifecycle Management for a municipality in Groningen.

For KNMI Maurice has had a short assignment for the reorganization of the License desk. In this team, the commercial products of KNMI were being managed. The team was planned to integrate with another team in the same department. Maurice has done several business and information analysis on Salesforce and Amazon cloud solutions and some project initiation for this organizational change.

For RWS Maurice worked on the onboarding and implementation of applications and processes around the Living/Environment domain. This domain has been migrated from AgentschapNL to RWS and now is embedded in the organisation. Maurice managed the application, application renewals, contracts, consolidations, projects and more for this portfolio. Besides this role, Maurice worked as projectmanager for Baseline Informatiebeveiliging Rijksdienst (BIR) – compliance of the portfolio.
