Included CT-Scan, SEM-EDS, and microscopy analyses for defect evaluation and process validation.

• Evaluated new alloys for Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) through powder quality and property analysis. • Performed flowability, PSD, and humidity measurements to ensure consistent powder bed quality. • Optimized heat treatment protocols for H13 and Co-based alloys, improving mechanical strength and surface finish. • Conducted mechanical validation: tensile, hardness, and density testing. • Prepared technical validation reports, linking test results to process qualification and QA workflows.
