As Head of Operations at LISI AUTOMOTIVE, you hold end-to-end responsibility for an operational organization of ~120 employees. In addition to leading production and managing manufacturing execution, you also own operational planning and the upstream logistics flow—from raw material availability and material supply to managing subcontracting partners. The objective is to reliably deliver quality, delivery performance, productivity, and cost targets across the full value chain.

As APU Manager, I am responsible for the Coldforming and Rolling divisions and lead a team of around 100 dedicated employees. Together with my team leaders, I ensure that we fulfil both the company's needs and the needs of our employees. We encourage each other and challenge ourselves to continuously grow and improve. Our goal is to produce the right quantity of products at the right time and with the right quality. We ensure that all machines - around 100 of them - are optimally operated

As APU Manager Heat Treatment / Washing Bay and Sidasa, I am responsible for six large plants and a team of 26 employees. Focus on ensuring process reliability to ensure consistent product quality. Drive continuous improvement, team coordination and operational efficiency at our site.
