Sheet Metal Product design and analysis for development, Various types of Stamping tools (Conventional, Progressive, Transfer, etc.) Design and development, Jig, Fixtures for production, and CNC programmer for VMC & Wire EDM, Production leader of 165 employees to develop 45 different types of tools with Quality Control & responsible for EHS Inspector of Tool shop, and Tool Setup Instructor at customer end for mass production.

In charge of the Development & Utility section with 08 employees and Maintenance of plastic extrusion Mold Design & Development with machine and related accessories.

SDGs, Occupational health and safety in industrial areas, Fire Safety, Environmental Health and management with safety auditing, PPE introduction and usage, Industrial ecology, and ISO Standards, etc.

Mechanical design and Drafting, Automotive Product Design, Sheet Metal and Plastic product design and manufacturing challenges, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), Static and Dynamic load calculation and simulation, Machine part design, Weight optimization, Production process, and Material properties, etc.
