• Headhunting • Passive/Active sourcing of candidates through web or job portal. • Recruitment (end to end – from candidate sourcing, candidate management, client management compensation analysis and job offer) • Conducting internal interview and initial profiling/assessment of the candidates. • Client and Account Management / Business Development

• Responsible in mapping out a search strategy based on the given requirements of our client. • Calling the target companies to hunt for the specific person who is generally not actively looking for a job and a task to tempt them to consider new opportunities. • Conducting initial phone screening for the sourced candidates. • CV formatting and endorsing to the Executive search consultant.

• Responsible in sourcing passive and active potential candidates using Boolean logic technique for specific job orders that the client will provide on a daily basis. • Business Leads sourcing and performed data base parsing. • Providing sourced resumes to Senior Recruiters who will call candidates in the US. • In charge of managing recruitment databases for specific clientele, as well as reporting the results directly with the clients.

• Responsible in searching and endorsing qualified candidates for certain IT position (Developer/Programmer/Systems Administrator/Database Administrator/Consultant/Project Manager) which will be deploy within the internal openings and for external client. • Assessing candidate’s competencies through phone interview and informing the schedule of their interviews and examination at the office. • In charge of reporting the result of candidates initial assessment to the assigned Resource Consultant.
