Client Management/ Client Referential

I´m heading the Due Diligence Team with 72 people, devided into 6 Sub Teams responsible for Document Check, Screening, Client Onboarding and Client Recertification including Analyses, Data Quality and Regulatory Reporting.

I have four teams (total of 25 people) that I am responsible for: Account Opening, Static Data, Fees and Client Services. The duty includes client account opening and -closing, client reporting, fees, credit card, online banking, general queries, system or operational inquiries, as well as topics around performance of risk, regulatory, audit and compliance requirements.

Lead a team of 10 people during the integration of ML (100 relationship managers and 50 assistants for 4000 clients in 7 countries in Europe) while keeping up the high level of excellent and qualified service for the German business (45 relationship manager and 20 assistants for 4500 clients in Germany).

Responsible to deliver a qualified 360 degree service to 20 contacts in different departments in Goldman Sachs, our biggest client in Germany. I coordinated best practice for German instructions, assisted Goldman Sachs with settlements by value date of their business in OTC, On-Exchange business: Xetra & Eurex CCP, Bund Auctions, corporate actions and supported them in their capacity as a lead manager for exchange offers, tender offers and IPOs

In my function as deputy team head for own trading I acted as co-author of the BRD for the implementation of the central counterparty for settlements, our biggest and most important project at that time, and performed user application tests

Position management between the three entities: Frankfurt, London and New York As settlement specialist back office for own trading I was responsible for the settlement of equity and bond trades as well as for delivery of positions resulting out of stock loan and collateral trades by value date

Responsible for clients with settlement related questions and topics concerning corporate actions, single point of contact for accounting of fees as well as for reporting and general questions
