Leading the vision, strategy, and execution for Bloom Haven, a blockchain gaming studio developing a sustainable idle gardening game on the Ethereum Mainnet. Focused on creating a token-gated economy (HPTL) and integrating provably fair mechanics using Chainlink VRF for NFT plant breeding. Managed cross-functional teams (developers, designers, community managers) and secured initial seed funding.

Spearheaded the development and launch of a secure, regulated digital asset custody solution for institutional clients. Managed the product roadmap, user experience, and technical integration with core banking systems. Led a team of 15 product owners and developers, focusing on regulatory compliance (MiFID II, BaFin).

Directed large-scale IT transformation projects, including the migration of legacy internal systems to a cloud-based infrastructure for a major e-commerce client. Responsible for project budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication across multiple international teams. Utilized Agile methodologies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

Led a small development team focused on optimizing API performance and data security for a high-traffic SaaS platform servicing the logistics industry. Contributed hands-on to the architecture and deployment of microservices using Python and AWS. Mentored junior engineers on best practices for scalable backend development.

Part of the core development team responsible for maintaining and enhancing a key proprietary data analysis tool. Focused on writing clean, efficient code and performing unit testing. Gained foundational experience in database management and system integration.

Assisted the Project Management Office (PMO) with scheduling, resource allocation, and documentation for several internal IT upgrade projects. Developed skills in formal project reporting and cross-departmental coordination.
