Project Manager on two H2020 EU projects; cleanMOULD where we develop a unique coating for plastic moulding tools in close collaboration with costumers, and IZADI where we integrate nanostructures in plastic moulding tools. Further, involved in business and product development.

Working with organisational and product development with focus on management, productivity, and compliance with European and American standards.

Conducting research in nanopharmaceutical drug development. Designing experiments and use advanced characterization techniques. Responsible for the daily function of a laboratory, including training new users. Supervising several bachelor- and master students as well as organizing their projects in nanopharmaceutical drug development Involved in planning, organizing, lecturing, teaching, as well as instructing on laboratory practical PhD course, masters course and undergraduate courses in nanoscience
