Responsible for BSH’s cyber security capabilities and processes in functional alignment with Bosch central cyber security governance. Lead BSH global cyber security teams with line and functional management responsibility. Coordinate regional and local cyber security roles and teams. Designed and established a global multi-year ransomware resilience programme with significant budget and personnel. Accountable for BSH-specific cyber security processes.

Designed the BSH IT/OT Security Framework and established the technical policy foundation for industrial security across the company. Led projects to introduce relevant industrial security capabilities. Advised internal stakeholders on IT/OT security requirements and technical solutions. Represented BSH within Bosch-wide industrial security boards.

Co-founded a specialist consultancy for red teaming and DFIR. Led strategy, sales and business development; built the service portfolio, client relationships and partnerships. Directed red team engagements and conducted technical consulting and offensive research for defence clients, public authorities and critical infrastructure operators

Full-time research role, with functional leadership from September 2015. Completed the M.Sc. alongside the role. Established and functionally led the Network and Application Security area. Secured and led publicly funded research projects and industry consulting on security testing and secure architecture. Taught IT security and advanced security testing; supervised bachelor’s and master’s theses.

Focus: IT Security and Digital Forensics. Overall grade: 1.0, passed with distinction. Completed alongside full-time employment. Master’s thesis: Modern Binary Exploitation - Methods and Techniques to Identify and Exploit Security Flaws on x86-64 Systems.
