Serving as a backend SCCM specialist, responsible for maintaining and optimizing the existing SCCM infrastructure while implementing project-based enhancements. Recent work includes a comprehensive overhaul of the deployment process in response to Microsoft’s phase-out of MDT, which required replacing legacy components with modern deployment solutions. This transition is expected to drive further modernization across the environment.

I specialized in designing and implementing secure cloud solutions for critical client infrastructure. My expertise included Microsoft Intune environment, with a strong focus on system hardening and policy management. A significant part of my role involved architecting NIST and ISO/IEC 27000 compliant Mobile Device Management (MDM) infrastructure. This was specifically tailored for an international government defense aerospace project, ensuring adherence to stringent security and regulatory standards.

Delivering and driving solutions internally for R&D departments, oversee vendors assigned to solve issues and implement solutions. Manage reports, deliverables and be vocal point for Mercedes’ interests in negotiations for Framework contracts. To achieve said tasks, tools as Service Now, Intune, and change management, office 365 and various other tools are used. Additionally assisting with knowledge on upgrade project to Windows 11, from previous migration projects.

Working as PLM for multiple products, handling security, Updating, incidents and compatibility with other business components. Managing digital workplace, cloud side (Azure) of my application portfolio and handling incidents related to these, including distribution via Intune, SCCM and handling 3’rd level incidents, in the end of the assignment, I was also assigned to the pilot project of Windows 11 upgrade, application side.
