Analyze hotel operations, create training concept and lead training programs for 10 hotel and restaurant establishments (4 star) in Austria, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Czech Republic, Romania and Hungary. Lead training programs and individually coach employees in Czech, English, German and French. Analyze operation of the hotels. Help develop internal standards of performance.

Create and establish project for EU Grant –'Development of Employees in VI Hotels'. Create a training concept for six VI hotels in the Czech Republic (4 and 5 star). Select external training companies. Create training plans and training budgets. Organize all training programs and evaluate them. Lead training on communication, customer care, sales skills, leadership.Select and train internal trainers.

Lead and develop training programs for wide spectrum of companies, on leadership, management, coaching, customer care, proactive selling, human relations, presentation skills in Czech, English and German. Provide consultations for management and create projects of HR development for companies. Selected to represent DC CZ on the 57th Annual International Convention in Washington, DC.
