Business leader in charge of all commercial and operational activities (sales, business support, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement) for Asia Pacific (from Bangladesh to Japan). Heading a team of 600 sales and operations people over 8 Asian countries. Overlooking sales of USD 0.3bn, 5 production sites, inventories of USD 50m, and all supply chain activities in Asia Pacific for the whole portfolio of Archroma (textile chemicals, paper chemicals, emulsions).

Member of the Executive Committee, leading the seven business clusters who manage all local commercial and operational activities of Archroma (sales, business support, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement). Heading 2'400 persons over 35 countries worldwide. Overlooking sales of USD 1.2bn, 25 production sites and the related supply chain and inventories for all businesses of Archroma.

Member of the global Management Committee of Archroma (Leadership Team), overlooking USD 0.5bn sales and all commercial activities in Asia for the entire portfolio of Archroma (textile chemicals, paper chemicals, emulsions). Heading over 300 persons in sales force, commercial support and technical services in 10 countries throughout Asia.

Head of Group Controlling reporting to the Group CFO and in charge of global financial performance management, including planning, controlling and management accounts at Archroma (USD 1.4bn sales and 3,000 employees). Lead financial business partner for the CEO and Leadership Team. Main tasks focused around building state-of-the-art financial performance management and management information systems.

Clariant's textile, paper and emulsions businesses have been acquired by SK Capital and have become Archroma (USD 1.3bn sales and 3,000 employees). Head of Group Finance & Controlling, reporting to the Group CFO and is in charge of financial reporting and day-to-day financial operations as well as global controlling. Supervising over 100 persons in 25+ locations world-wide. Main tasks focused around setting up an autononous Finance organisation after the spin-off and outsourcing transactional Finance.

Head of Controlling for the global BU Textile Chemicals (worldwide: CHF 0.8bn sales & 2,200 employees). Business partner to the BU Head and member of the Management Committee of the BU, in charge of target setting, performance management and financial topics within the BU. Main tasks focused around restructuring and relocation of BU headquarters as well as preparing carve-out documentation and transfer to new owners.

In addition to the role of Head of Finance Germany depicted below, Head of Finance for all affiliates in Europe (accounting, controlling, treasury, tax), reporting to the Group CFO. Supervising 260 persons in 20+ locations in whole Europe. Main tasks focused around implementing in-house regional shared service centre for Finance.

Head of Finance in Germany (accounting, controlling, treasury, tax), reporting to the Head of Finance Europe. Supervision of 100 persons in 12 locations in Germany. Main tasks focused around management of tax audits, implementing new legal and operating model in Europe, designing regional shared service centre concept.

Head of Controlling for the division Pigments & Additives (worldwide: CHF 2.0bn sales & 3,800 employees). Business partner to the Head of Division and member of the Management Committee of the Division, in charge of target setting, performance management and financial topics within the Division. Main tasks focused around financial modeling of large-scale divisional restructuring and business planning for large joint-venture.

In charge of designing, structuring and supporting a new regional growth strategy for Clariant in Asia (5-years plan). Head of the Project Office for the entire duration of the project launched by the Group CEO. Interface with numerous project stakeholders (Top Management, Steering Committee, external faculty from University, project team comprising 10 senior managers in the core team and 25 young potential managers in sub-teams).

In addition to the role of Head of Finance Greater China depicted below, Head of Finance for all affiliates in Asia-Pacific (accounting, controlling, treasury, tax). Supervision of 200 persons in 20 locations in whole Asia-Pacific. Director in 10 legal entities, including 4 joint-ventures. Main tasks focused around building up a regional Finance organisation.

Head of Finance for all affiliates in Greater China (accounting, controlling, treasury, tax; partly IT, legal and general services). Supervision of 100 persons in 7 locations in Greater China. Director in 10 legal entities, including 4 joint-ventures. Mian tasks focused about supporting the business growth and optimising flows and structure with the implementation of one trading company and four manufacturing entities and with the roll-out of SAP.
