Responsibilities: - Plan and direct projects and manufacturing process of the company to ensure company sales and profitability goals are achieved, customer expectations in terms fo time and budget are met and quality standards are upheld. Accomplishments: • Planned organisational project portfolio that consists of 20 projects, which are ongoing simultaneously, including 4 Dubai Expo 2020 projects that consist of more than 100 tasks, 5 levels and multimillon USD budget.

Responsibilities: •manage resources, i.e. people, budget, time, materials and subcontractors in line with the created project plan; •prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and investors; •plan a boiler house and a private house projects in MS Project establishing a cost budget; •make technical drawings using ArchiCAD and AutoCad; •conduct regular project meetings to provide updates and feedback; •carry out risk management using SWOT, PESTLE and DFMEA analysis frameworks.

Responsibilities: Planning lectures and maintaining an effective learning environment during lectures. Accomplishments: • Published 6 articles in estimated legal online journals on topics related to Project Management over a 12-months period. • Prepared a student to win a ‘Best young manager’ Annual Award 2017. • Received a letter of appreciation from the Ministry of Education of Chechen Republic for contribution to the development of education in the Republic.

Responsibilities: Signed in the contract with the company to analyse and optimise their risk management techniques used to identify and avoid potential cost, schedule and technical risks during the project execution. Accomplishments: • Due to a great result of my analysis and recommendations to improve the companies Risk Management techniques a full time job offer was received from Costain.

Responsibilities: Create and test engineering solutions using research, analytical, conceptual and planning skills, particularly mathematical and computer aided design. Accomplishments: Created two solutions (one managerial and another technical) to solve problems related to the faulty bolted joints that can lead to a wheel detachment of public transport causing around 117 accessions in the UK in one-year period with 3 to 5 occasions leading to death.
