Client engagement manager on a two-year legacy migration project to convert a mainframe-based application system to client/server architecture using Visual Basic and Oracle. Successful delivery of first phase resulted in client adding two additional phases to the project.

Analyzed IT operations of Fortune 500 companies, including LAN, WAN, and client/server architecture. Performed gap analysis and reengineered operations to conform to best in class practices. Prepared detailed documents summarizing findings and recommendations. Member of team that helped contribute $12 million in additional revenues in 1996, $30 million in 1997.
