He also served as the International Vice President for Strategic Development for Poland, where he realigned the F-16 marketing, PR and “offset” strategies. The result was a $3 billion dollar contract win for the United States, over competitors from Russia, France and the United Kingdom.

Nearly three thousand engineers, manufacturing specialist, logisticians, training specialist and software designers were involved in this program as were over 300 domestic and internatio
