• Completed European Transfer Pricing structure including pan European tax authority approval. Corporate tax savings of $20+million • Pan European Price Harmonisation, dealer margin restructuring & competitive price strategy development. Reduced cross border trade by over 10% and reduced dealer margin cost by $30 million • Finance lead of sales company launch across Scandinavia, Russia, Ireland and Benelux incl. external acquisition & set up of Mazda financial services and products
