My role was monitoring the process of equipment delivering – receiving the order, negotiating the price with the client, supervision of the delivery and installation, final check of the equipment and dealing with any additional requests related to the order. Mostly paper-work with the archive – arranging documents, printing out additional copies, indexing, looking up specific acts or standards, as I was in the certification and standardization department. Also assisted other departments in acquiring the necessary data from the archive, verifying regulative documents, keeping the archive up to date with most recent issues of acts, standards and other legal documents. Performed an extensive reorganization of a substantial part of the paper database.
