Transfer of 19 production lines from German plant to Czech Republic Oversees the launch of every new part from customer PO through production ramp up for successful launch (timing, quantity and quality) Oversees Engineering changes (customer or internally driven) to ensure a smooth transition from the old revision and also ensures there is as little obsolescence as possible. Oversees transfer of parts between plants. Coordinates necessary activities with local managers from each plant.

Data collection, leading of the quality problem solving on the line, monitoring of 8QB standard status, implementation of the containment in case of the urgent quality issue, participation on the stop to scrap actions, set up of sorting actions including TQW. To improve UAP quality performance in terms of customer claims, NQC and scrap reduction. Main customer: BMW

Assigned to Honeywell Intelligrated performing Advanced Manufacturing Engineering. Supported manufacturing efforts to insure timely product delivery to customer. Worked project from start to identify product design description, design for manufacturing and assembly, develop manufacturing plan, conduct failure modes analysis, develop test specifications, create work instructions and support first article testing. Worked directly with manufacturing teams on the manufacturing floor.
