Conducted audits on ITIL processes to identify discrepancies between Atos’ global standard processes and region-specific implementations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational objectives.Conducted ITSM training sessions, ensuring staff proficiency in ITIL processes, ServiceNow, & best practices for service delivery.
