Defining strategies & methodologies to implement complex transformation projects such as Storage Migration, P2V, V2V, Hardware move/replace, Infra/App Decommissioning & RPA for Airbus using Integrated, Waterfall & Agile Project Management practises.

In addition to my current role, I am also working as Lean Navigator/Continuous Service Improvements Specialist. This role gives me an opportunity to analyse business processes to identify loopholes & automation opportunities. Using agile & lean practices such as VSM, Gap analysis, Skill Matrix Inventory, SIPOC & DMAIC, I can provide a sustainable solution to the customer with cost savings.

Led a team of people from India, Spain, Germany, UK & France who were responsible for the delivery of high-quality services. I established Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work (SOW), Proposal Development & Client Presentations. I have also developed strategies aimed to improve: Productivity through Process Standardization, Continuous Improvement, Digital Tool Adoption & Customer centric mindset in the operations.

Performed audits for Change Management, Asset & Configuration Management process to identify the gaps between Atos global standard process and process on individual account in each region. The goal was to align all the existing processes to the standard process of the organization and to execute standard best practices across all accounts.

Led a team of 250 members to ensure changes are progressed and executed as per standard process and teams are working in synchronization for smooth flow of execution to achieve KPI´s & CSAT. Conducting change impact & readiness assessments to identify risk & issues that might create an impact to the service was one of the important day to day activity

Executed Multiple DC Changes and Projects for Global Clients (Fortune 500) from different countries across Europe & US with the highest quality of service. Ensured changes & projects are communicated in a timely manner to all stake holders. Authorized and presented changes in Change advisory board (CAB) / Emergency Change advisory board (E-CAB) for approval.
