• Managed different procurement contracts, including shipment, signed Final Acceptance Certificate, and collected 100% due payment despite the shortage of foreign currency. • Communicated with end users and OEM to finalize procurement contract; Under this contract, collaborated closely with the Buyer’s Financial Dept. and bank to solve shipment insurance and collect 30% advance payment, and orchestrated Pre-shipment Inspection on site and signed Acceptance Certificate for the collection of 60% payment.

• Liaised final phase for Project of 28,000 sets of Solar Home System funded by World Bank (around 100 million USD) under MoWE, Ethiopia. This project provided clean power energy for 15,000 households who do not have access to grid connection. • Collected final 10% payment of 7-year contract and settled 30% of long-pending due payments despite currency shortages for different production lines.

• Facilitated GM to maintain one Mining License and renewed one Exclusive Prospecting License; performed as the acting cashier for the Financial Dept.

• Developed and implemented market entry strategies for Ethiopia, resulting in successful market penetration and revenue growth after establishing Cable Production Line facilities. • Led vehicle trial test teams in Bangladesh, Ghana and Namibia and provided input for product customization. Total number of contracted vehicles are 50.
