- Jointly responsible for the smooth course of the transfer - Ensuring the proper condition of guest documents - Updating the daily programs - Active selling of optional excursions that can be booked on board - Cross - selling - Providing support in arrangements with local travel guides- Accompanying and supervising the quality and realization of excursions in accordance with the handbook

- Welcome and checking in late arrivals, offering assistance with room amenities orprocessing early checkouts - Working closely with tour operators and the tourist board - Handling duties at the front desk - Accounting functions to close out the hotel’s business day - Balancing credit card receipts, entering information into spreadsheets, filing, verifying billing information and using property management software to close the business day

- Food and beverage services - Recommendations from the daily menu - Taking order from the guests, answering any questions regarding the menu - Serving food, taking order for the wines - Responsible for the station, and supervising the assistant waiter - Taking care of the guests & providing service - Providing them with information about daily operation - Responsible for smooth running, service quality
