• Understand clients‘ needs and issues with regards to the experience provided to customers for their brands and key difficulties faced. • Design the appropriate research efforts that will highlight the key deficits in the experiece cycles while providing the appropriate solutions to remedy such issues. • Discuss with key stakeholders the appropriate actions required to be taken to continue the growth of their brands and present at management meetings internally and externally.
