- Project management and coordination of brochures (print & interactive) for MME - Support the preparation of communication material and its timely publication on media channels - Provide support to markets - Develop and execute plans for brochures (online and offline) for vehicles and accessories - Support external agency teams - Create concepts, analyse the market and competitors - Contact with Mazda Europe Marketing teams to secure integration/alignment related to brochures, images, content, etc

- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. - Design, build and maintain our social media presence. - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

- Ensure Customer Time Delivery and Quality - Customer Order Clerck: • Check inventory to make sure requested product is available • Check and negotiate price and any appropriate discounts • Handle customer complaints • Prepare contracts and invoices • Verify customer information is correct and up-to-date • Check customer account for credit and outstanding payments • Inform customer of shipping date and any possible delays • Notify appropriate department of order and shipping date
