I am responsible for training and development activities for whole Europe. I am also responsible for coordination of several HR managers in whole Europe in recruitment activities at our company. I worked on several training and development projects/ programs for our employees for whole Europe. I am also responsible for the area of personal development, evaluation of employees and succession planning.

I was the only person at HR department in Slovakia responsible for whole HR activities and roles related to it for whole Slovakia. (Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, HR projects, HR and Payroll administration). I was a HR Business Partner/ HR manager in one person. I lead two Human Resources Specialist and one part-timer.
