Led the Central Cluster of KP-RETP across 36 districts, coordinating field teams, government stakeholders, and project implementation. My contributions included: • Grant & Budget Oversight: Managed RFA packages for CSOs, CBOs, and NGOs, ensuring effective grant disbursement and compliance. • Designed technical and financial proposals to support long-term flood recovery initiatives. • Worked closely with implementing partners, government agencies, and humanitarian actors to align programs with resilience strategies. • Reviewed and evaluated proposals as part of the IPTRC, ensuring project impact and effectiveness.

In this role, I led strategic program development focusing on Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), flood response, and emergency management. • Developed comprehensive program frameworks and budgets, ensuring efficient execution. • Designed M&E tools to track program effectiveness and improve reporting mechanisms. • Managed proposal development, securing funding through concept notes, RFAs, and EOIs. • Led a team of program officers, ensuring timely implementation and coordination with stakeholders.

I played a key role in managing grants and financial disbursements to support agribusiness development in Punjab. • Reviewed & approved grant applications, conducting pre-award assessments to ensure compliance. • Oversaw the full grant cycle, from solicitation and negotiation to budget management and closeout. • Provided capacity-building support to stakeholders in agribusiness, strengthening local enterprises. • Maintained grants and procurement trackers, ensuring transparent documentation and reporting.

I managed a $16 million grants portfolio for the Establishment of Model Farms Project (EMFP), supporting agribusiness expansion and international certification. • Drafted Requests for Applications (RFAs), proposals, and grant agreements, ensuring compliance. • Assisted agribusinesses in securing international certifications (GlobalGAP, HACCP, ISO 22000). • Coordinated with regional teams, defining grant implementation strategies and timelines.

At MOJAZ Foundation, I coordinated a transitional shelter project for displaced communities. • Led a 16-member team, managing project execution and compliance. • Developed implementation plans and technical assessments in collaboration with PDMA/FDMA. • Ensured compliance with donor regulations and emergency response protocols.

In this role, I successfully developed a $24 million grants portfolio, providing financial support to farmer clusters, SMEs, and rural enterprises. • Processed and appraised grant applications, ensuring feasibility and financial viability. • Conducted pre-award assessments, defining project milestones and disbursement schedules. • Led flood recovery efforts, providing agricultural inputs to flood-affected communities. • Developed monitoring frameworks to assess grant effectiveness and impact.
