• Assisted lecturer to plan the program and evaluating student grades. • Gave in-person instruction to 50+ students (tasks include organic extraction, biological assays, cytotoxic assay, DNA extraction).

This short project is working on mapping marine potential area on Indonesia small Islands. The map will be contributed to zoning as a marine protected area, recreation, houses, farming, etc. The project was funded by The Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of The Indonesia Republic.

• As a direct assistant to the project leader, supported all aspects of sampling collections and took on responsibility for biological experiments (organic compound isolation, antimicrobial, anthelmintic and cytotoxic assay). • Prepared scientific data reports including statistical analysis to be published in an international journal.

• Assisted coordinator project to survey and analyse seaweed marine culture potential in Batam.

• Assisted lecturer to teach students in field and laboratory practical course, scientific discussion, data analysis, and evaluating student grades. • Evaluated students’ performance throughout practical course activities, provided pre- and post-tests as well as graded the practical reports.

• Supported the research team in designing, developing, and modifying research experiments. • Isolated DNA of marine invertebrates and associated bacteria by operating PCR with PKS and NRPS genes detection. • Performed thorough research and analysis of data and created reports on research activities.
