Over 17 years I've led brand identity projects from brief to delivery: market analysis, visual language development, corporate design systems. I've shot product and fashion campaigns across studio and location lighting, set design, post-production, compositing. Since 2021 I've built AI-integrated workflows into real production pipelines. I'm regularly brought in as an external visual consultant on strategic projects for a perspective that sits at the intersection of academic research and hands-on practice.

Responsible for bilingual instruction in visual culture, design fundamentals, photography, and concept development. Taught courses in both Turkish and English, balancing theoretical frameworks with studio-based practice. Guided students through visual analysis, conceptual thinking, and practical design execution. Emphasized critical engagement with visual media, culture, and contemporary design practices.

Courses in digital design, critical thinking, concept development, color theory, advertising photography, advertising graphic design, and advertising video design. Instruction language: English. I updated curricula every year and ran studios as real-world environments students worked to actual briefs and built portfolios, not academic exercises. From 2023 I integrated AI tools into teaching: prompt engineering and moodboarding first, then generative AI production workflows.

Led creative direction across 15 productions — from line production service work to original projects developed in-house as the team grew in capability. My role was to ensure the technical execution matched the narrative intent: location, equipment, timing, camera, light — every decision in service of the story. I also worked as a specialist consultant on external productions, providing technical story analysis and advising on how pre-production decisions shape the final result.

I founded Magra because I was teaching students who were technically capable but had no real-world experience and I was working on projects that needed fresh thinking. The answer was to connect the two. What started as 3 volunteers became a 20-person collective delivering brand identity, social media strategy, and corporate communications for clients across multiple sectors. Students worked on real briefs, earned income, and built portfolios.

I served as part of the Happiness Team from 2012 to 2017. During this period, I conducted editorial photo shoots and worked on the planning of wedding and corporate event organizations. I approached my work with meticulous planning and execution, making customer satisfaction a top priority. Throughout this time, I gained valuable experiences that enhanced my skills and contributed to my personal growth.
