•Working closely with dealers and own branches in Turkey to deliver aftersales KPIs and targets related to parts, service, soft products, logistic, sales training, CSI and campaigns. •Work between dealer and VCE to resolve/improve aftersales issues. •Developing, controlling and reporting department KPIs. •Parts pricing,diagnostic system,extended warranty,parts logistics,communication with VolvoCE for yearly objectives and action plans,dealer/branch bonus system,regular dealer,branch and customer visits.

Responsible from branches’ service & parts sales targets, workshop and field activities, warranty, operational income, KPIs, action plans, investments, assets, opex, DSO, customer credits, warehouse stock standing and the overstocking, follow up the customer complaints and manage the Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) results, resolve technical and commercial problems between branch and customer.
