-Conduct country-level market identification and analysis using the implemented system. -Use Qlik Sense to track and analyze sales performance, including maintaining and managing the Excel-based data sources that feed the dashboards. -Support and oversee target setting from the head office to agencies and sales representatives. -Create and maintain regular Business Intelligence (BI) reports, leveraging Power Query in Excel to automate recurring performance reports and optimize internal processes.

-Logistics Department: Assisted in creating supply planning reports and generating equipment orders based on supply plans. -Intermodal Department: Managed customer requests supported the pricing process, and assigned tasks to the relevant couriers. -Sales Department: Analyzed booking lists to identify shipments without inland transport, reached out to customers to promote inland transport services, and contributed to achieving the agency's inland transport sales targets.
