Reorganization and engineering of the Material department to gain autonomy towards all the supply chain partners. Missions and targets: - Lead and optimize the logistics and material activity (customer demand administration, forecasting, procurement, material handling: warehouse management, transport…) - Monitor and Improve logistics KPI (Inventory, freight cost, customer service rate…) - Implement Lean Manufacturing techniques (Milk run supply, kanban loops, standardized work...)

Manufacturing Manager (AUTRONIC, automotive industry), ignition systems activity (200 persons). Missions and targets: - Manage a multidisciplinary team: manufacturing, quality, process, method and logistics. - Improve the shop floor organization and ensure the result in term of quality and productivity. - Manage the production transfer from France to Tunis
