• Reported and resolved potential supply chain risks through follow up and expedite with vendors on the open orders. Led weekly meetings to mitigate the items at risk, monitor delivery of critical items and taking corrective actions to prevent OOS. • Worked as a Project manager for HCA Hospice to manage their equipment loan and inventory management which has aided our company’s entry into other ILTC services. • Coordinated with 3PL partners on the shipment delivery to meet the monthly revenue targets.

• Development of “Stock Level Trigger” for all the consumables and timely coordination with vendors to avoid stock-out situation. Maintained a consistency for Key Performance Indicators like demand forecast accuracy of 70% and bias around +/- 15% through proper sales and operations planning (S&OP). • Clearance of aging stocks by 15% through regular review with the sales team on stock liquidation and maintained the freshness of stocks at all times (60% of the inventory value to be less than 3 months).

• Implementation of Reordering point system which helped in releasing purchase requisitions promptly and resulted in increased monthly revenue while maintaining lean inventory. • Reviewed and reduced raw material, semi-finished and finished stocks by implementing a control system for “Maximum Stock” and an alert system for “Minimum Stock” as per the management inventory policies.
