• Performing project audits to ensure conformance to specified requirements or pre-determined criteria • Execution of internal audits and identifying improvements to new or existing tools, processes, and procedures in alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 • Interacting with all levels of management, customers and peers regarding audit results and recommendations • Management of audit pipeline for ACE project auditors

• Leading a team of 15 people • Maintaining strong relationship with internal customers and other GPSC functions (Business unit, countries and logistics), cultivating a customer focused service culture of flexibility, responsiveness and innovation

• Handling all customer requests (for DACH region) with regards to part logistics: ordering and arranging delivery of the required spare parts, following up of the successful completion of each case, raising escalation when needed, keeping the customer informed and chasing of defective material from the customer • Producing reports and analyzing the team performance, proposing action plans, providing help to the Team Lead when needed.
