As a working student in the Customer Experience Consulting department, I assisted with background research on companies in several industries as a basis for proposals. In addition, I supported the preparation and evaluation of a study on Customer Experience Excellence by creating organized info packages on and writing articles about the results of the study. I helped with the creation of proposals and interview guides for future clients.

As an intern in the ERP Consulting department, I helped with the integration of advanced SAP landscapes by assisting in the testing and data migration phases prior to the actual roll-out.

I gained a good insight into the exciting environment of young companies through specializations such as 'Entrepreneurial Finance' and 'Entrepreneurship and Innovation'.
