Together with my agile coach peer, I was working in the Core Infrastructure Tribe with about 16 squads plus leadership teams (~160 ppl). In this temporary role, I was covering for a colleague on parental leave.

Building engineering capacities, driving the operational effectiveness of Jimdo's engineering organization and the individual growth of its members.

Supporting BJA as a freelance trainer, facilitator, and Agile Coach.

Supporting the VP Product in keeping high momentum in the engineering teams while building additional capacity within the product and engineering department.

Leading the Product and Engineering Department, working with our passionate Engineers and Designers to advance our existing products.

Concept and creation of branding and business websites, primarily on self-hosted TYPO3 technology. Predominantly for local SMBs, and as a contractor for local media agencies and IT companies.
