Creation of test plans and test designs based on the project requirements (TestRail, TestMo). Execution and documentation of software tests according to given test specifications. Manual and automated testing (Postman, SOAP UI, SQL) on webbased (i.e. on aws env) and mobile applications. Analyzing, evaluating and documenting the tests, error checking and tracking (Jira). Updating long-term functional documentation (Confluence). Doing deploys on environtments and preparing releases (Jenkins, GitLab).

Analyzing of the requirements, designing test scenarios and test cases (Test Rail). Preparation of test data. Conducting manual tests of web applications, web pages and databases using SQL and web browsers' dev tools. UX and regression tests as well as verification and retests. Analysis of results and reporting errors in accordance with internal procedures (Jira, Confluence). Close cooperation with programmers and co-creation of solutions. Introduction to web test automation (PyCharm, Sellenium).

Executing and analyzing decision support processes and data to measure campaign efficiency, data accuracy, data integrity, operations performance. Extracting and analyzing data with SQL scripts to support multiple technical operations. Trouble shooting, testing, administering applications, user training and code changes. Submitting and managing support tickets (ServiceNow, JIRA). Creating documentation regarding daily/weekly/monthly tasks, user guides and automation of the reports (Confluence).

Providing support for another team within company in manual testing (using i.e. Postman(Json)) by: regression testing after code fixes/upgrades, ensuring if the new code had not affected the existing one - functional testing (validating if a system works as intended), tracking and reporting defects (JIRA).

Analyzing test scenarios and performing functional testing for the Admin and User modules. Performing browser compatibility testing on variation of browsers e.g. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, IE . Tracking and reporting defects.

Trouble shooting processing issues. Responsibility for documentation around auditing processes for environment. Implementing and testing changes, working with SQL databases. Creating processes with unique selection criteria (Perl scripts and internal tools).
