- Development of new methods, tools and ideas in the sphere of non-formal education - Assistance with project application, promotion, communication with partners and stakeholders, budgeting, reporting. - Event- and Project Management: organization of trainings, workshops, conferences within various EU Projects (e.g. Erasmus+, MeetUps, SchulBrücke, Youth Exchanges) both on national and international level.

- Submitted four EU projects (two of which have won funding of 100.000 eur each) - Developed programmes and schedules for each Project. - Assessed budget and possible risks. - Found 20 new partners and provided communication with them. - Supported the process at all stages.

- Recruited and carried out training for 15 people for the Project. - Provided constant communication with PgM and client. - Developed project plans and strategies; organized working hours for employees. - Prepared documentation and follow-up on important decisions made. - Improved productivity of workers and effectiveness of processes, so that saved the client's budget.
