As a Lead Sourcing Specialist, I worked for various clients (GE Aviation, Kite Pharma, Gilead), partnering with the hiring community to identify, engage with, and select the best talent in the market.

My role as a Senior Sourcer was to provide proactive sourcing for niche roles within the pharmaceutical industry for Sanofi Switzerland. I worked closely with the recruitment delivery team by setting and executing sourcing strategies and providing comprehensive market and competitor analysis when required.

As an Alexa Data Associate, I worked on transcriptions of audio files for Automatic Speech Recognition, semantic annotation for Natural Language Understanding, and dialogue evaluation for improving overall customer interaction with Alexa. My focus was on speech and language data, primarily in the areas of transcription, text annotation, and general data analysis to meet the internal customer’s request.
