I have learnt how best to utilize my theory work and put it into practical through the suppliers/vendors they have at their company. I have been responsible for preparing creditors invoices, preparing creditors reconciliation, processing a cash book. Also filing and up keeping of supporting documents, ensuring payments deadlines are met, maintaining creditors age analysis. Accurately preparing monthly reconciliation of creditors account statement against the A/P Age analysis, capturing a Sub contractor.
