- I ensure that all sales activity is entered into systems on time and without fail; - Generate a healthy pipeline of referrals from all existing contacts; - Master the art of qualifying job requisitions accurately to ensure that recruiting teams can source a perfect match candidate; - Work closely with recruiting and sales team to ensure delivery of staffing and project requirements; - Develop account penetration strategy; - Submit weekly and other related sales reports.

- Perform an online search for a customer by using the network, LinkedIn, social media, Job Boards, forums and other user groups; - Reach out to the customer via email, phone and other means of communication; - Submit to the Sales team; - Work closely with the sales team on a daily basis to gather and send updates to the customer submitted.
