Direct and manage project development from beginning to the end for NCR client. Develop project plans as assigned and associated communications documents. Performs all duties to assist in all issues relating to facilities development and space planning, maintenance of equipment and buildings, oversight of vendors, event planning, budget management, courier and mail services, and safety and security oversight. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.

Led a team of approximately (25) associates, including (2) managers, for a one shift facility of medical device manufacturing, for niche market in needle destruction devices. Was actively involved in start-up process of opening new manufacturing facility, including completing of operational preparations and execution. Also, involved in testing and supporting of a new product. Develop and execute production schedules based on business demands, establishes production standards of efficiency, minimum wastages

These activities are related to sourcing procedure, negotiations and savings analysis as well as to various organizational activities. Managing relationship with the assigned suppliers and conducting research on potential suppliers. Entering data into databases to maintain up-to-date supplier and vendor information. Finalization of the purchasing process through SAP system. Monitoring the quality and timeliness of materials and goods supplied.

Analysis and problem-solving, fosters teamwork and cooperation. Informs and requests from all employees, visitors and contractors to comply with national and company standards in the ride park.
