-Manage all activities and ensure they are performed in accordance with quality, time and financial project goals. -Initiate necessary remedial actions to keep the Project schedule, budget and quality. -Authorize invoicing to the Clients. -Approve Project Progress Report. -Organize project meetings with team and clients. -Allocate work for the engineers. -Negotiate with the clients for contract changes. -Ensure safety/environmental regulations are followed.

-Managing the team of process engineers -Defining and executing requirements for efficient project execution -Preparing Design Basis Questionnaire for key design information transfer -Follow project schedule, timing/man hours -Preparing the process coordination procedure -Preparing the Basis of Design (BOD). If required, re-work of licencor documents -Provide information for Basic Engineering Design Data (BEDD) preparation -Regular meetings with process team -Status Reporting to Project Manager

-Process coordinator for the projects -Execution of all the process engineering work -Review of Process Engineering documents by 3rd parties -Prepare preliminary process schedule -Agree specific areas where special attention will be necessary for equipment bids -Standardize the format and units of measurement for the process specification sheets -Design the filing for documents developed by team -Check documents before issue -Familiarize the relevant design standards of the client or licencor

Various projects has been done between the year 1997 - 2005 both as project and process engineer as office, site and hired engineer at abroad (Milan/Italy and London/England for a total period of almost one year).
