Support, develop, setup and maintain computer systems, servers, networks and domains over large air-gapped and classified programs. Trouble-shoot network, computer, server, software and general IT problems. Work with ISSOs/ISSMs and CPSOs to define and build security policies, systems and access control. Created dozens of technical documentation on procedures, programs and systems. Provided training on technical systems, software and hardware to improve skills, knowledge and expertise.

Provide networking, systems and general IT support/help desk for over 200 employees. Manage, configure and fix any internal networking issues using Cisco routers, APs and switches. Update, maintain and configure Window/Mac/Linux laptops and virtual machines/servers. Provide basic training on cyber security, IT systems and other common equipment. Monitor core systems and logs to proactively prevent issues and correct problems.
